What happens after the 30-day trial?
Your trial access is deactivated automatically – at no cost. If you buy a licence, we will of course transfer your data from the trial.
Do I have to install anything?
No. The business manager runs in the browser on all common devices, and updates arrive automatically. As bm mobil, it also runs on smartphone and tablet. For the new business manager we are additionally developing a native app.
Where is my data stored?
In a data centre in Germany, certified to ISO 27001 based on BSI IT-Grundschutz. Your personal data never leaves German jurisdiction.
Is the business manager GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Data is processed on your behalf under Art. 28 GDPR, exclusively under German and European law and without any transfer to third countries.
Can the business manager be adapted to our company?
Yes – with a layout in your corporate design, multiple languages, individual templates and your own personal start page. As a software house, we also develop custom extensions for special requirements.
Does the business manager support e-invoices?
Yes. The finance module supports the XRechnung and ZUGFeRD e-invoice formats. The Enterprise edition also offers an interface to financial accounting.
